Landlord

Regular Service:
• Search tenant database and contact them directly. Tenants can contact you directly without cost.
• Six month advertising membership - $45 for a single listing and $75 for up to five listings.

Enhanced Services:
• Search tenant database and contact them directly, if you wish.
• Only prescreened potential tenants can contact you directly.
• We personally contact tenants for your specific space whether or not they are registered with us.
• Listings are selected for use in our featured promotional ads
• Six month advertising membership - $45 for a single listing and $75 for up to five listings,

Tenants

Regular Service:
• Search landlord’s database according to your individual needs; correspond with them free of cost.
• Landlords can contact you directly if you complete the contact field at the bottom of the registration.
• PEC Homefinders may also contact you, with offers of suitable spaces.

Enhanced Services:
Enhanced service is available for out of region guest, or anyone requiring more personalized assistance in locating specific rental accommodation in some of the major cities of the GTA.
